Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement explains how we might collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you engage with Masquerade (the “Experience“), the website, ticketing pages, in-venue technology, and related communications. By purchasing tickets to, visiting, or browsing anything related to the Experience, you agree to this Privacy Statement (“Statement“). Please read it carefully, as it includes important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. If you do not accept this Statement and/or any updates to it, please do not access or use the Experience, our website, or purchase tickets.
The Experience is produced by Production & Concession POTO, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our“), located at 218 West 57th St, New York, NY 10019. LineUp Now may act as merchant of record for ticketing transactions and will be the company you contract with for any purchase of tickets and will handle and process your payment.

Collection and Use of Information. In order to provide you with the Experience including ticketing, entry, seating or route assignment, and any interactive or personalized elements of the production we and/or our service providers may collect certain information and/or content from you, including:
- Identifiers (such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address, and identifiers from the devices you use to book tickets or check in)
- Ticketing and transaction information (such as ticket type, performance date and time, seating or entry group, and purchase history)
- Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as your interactions with our website, mobile check-in tools, or any companion app used during the Experience)
- Audio-visual information (such as photographs or video that may be captured of audience members inside the venue for archival, marketing, or security purposes, where permitted by applicable law and disclosed to you at the venue)
- Health and safety information you voluntarily provide, such as accessibility needs, mobility requirements, or content advisories you request (e.g., strobe lighting, haze, loud sound, or physical proximity to performers), used solely to accommodate your visit
We and our service providers use this information to: process your ticket purchase and entry; assign you to a performance group, route, or seat; accommodate accessibility or content-advisory requests; communicate performance-time changes, cast substitutions, or venue notices; send our newsletter or promotional updates if you opt in; and improve the Experience through aggregated or de-identified analysis.
When you interact with our website or ticketing platform, certain information may be collected automatically, including device and browser type, referral URLs, IP address (which may indicate general location), and page-view or click statistics. This is collected using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies, and is used to support internal operations, analyze performance of our site, and generate aggregated or de-identified reporting.
Our website and ticketing pages may use cookies to support site performance and remember preferences, such as preferred language or accessibility settings. You can modify your browser settings to control cookies; declining cookies may limit certain interactive features, including ticket checkout. Emails we send may include a web beacon or similar technology to indicate whether the email was opened or links were clicked.
We may use Google Analytics or similar web analytics services to gather statistical data about use of our website. These providers process this information on our behalf to analyze usage and generate reports. For more information about Google’s practices, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The Experience may give you the option to share content by email, social media, or other sharing applications. Social plugins (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest) are operated by those platforms and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
In-venue notices. Because the Experience takes place in a live, immersive setting, please note that recording devices, photography restrictions, and other house rules may apply and will be posted at the venue or communicated at check-in. Where audio-visual recording of the audience occurs for security or archival purposes, signage will be posted advising of this practice.
We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical, and managerial measures to safeguard your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, and modification. We retain information as required or permitted by applicable law, including to fulfill the purposes described in this Statement.
Disclosure of Information. We may disclose your information for certain purposes and to third parties, as described below:

Supplemental Privacy Disclosures for International Visitors. Because many patrons attending Masquerade travel from outside the United States, this section provides additional information for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Asia-Pacific jurisdictions. Where a right or disclosure below differs from the general terms of this Statement, this section governs for residents of the relevant jurisdiction.
European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom Residents. If you are located in the EEA or UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR may apply to our processing of your personal information.
Data controller. Production & Concession POTO, LLC, 218 West 57th Street, New York, NY, acts as the data controller for personal information collected in connection with the Experience. You may contact our EU/UK privacy representative, if designated, at [email protected].
Legal basis for processing. We process your information based on: performance of a contract (e.g., processing your ticket order and admitting you to the venue); our legitimate interests (e.g., improving the Experience, preventing fraud, and communicating performance changes); your consent (e.g., marketing emails or optional accommodation requests); and compliance with legal obligations.
International data transfers. Because the Experience takes place in New York, your personal information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in the EEA or UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum, to protect your information in connection with such transfers.
Your rights. In addition to the rights described in “Your Information and Rights” above, EEA and UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office) if they believe our processing violates applicable law.
Retention. See “Data Retention” below; we do not retain personal information longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Statement.
Canadian Residents. If you are located in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), or applicable provincial equivalents, may apply to our processing of your personal information.
- We collect, use, and disclose personal information only with your knowledge and, where required, your consent, and only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances (such as processing your ticket purchase or responding to an accessibility request).
- You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to challenge its accuracy and completeness, and to have it amended as appropriate.
- You may withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting [email protected].
- If you have concerns about our handling of your personal information that we have not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Asia-Pacific Residents. Data protection laws vary across the Asia-Pacific region for example, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and similar frameworks in other jurisdictions. Where these or comparable laws apply to you, we aim to honor the rights they provide, which may generally include the right to:
- Be notified of, and where required, consent to the collection and use of your personal information;
- Access and request correction of personal information we hold about you;
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications or optional data collection (such as accommodation requests);
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because ticketing and venue operations occur in the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States as described above. To exercise any rights available to you under your local law, or with questions about how your information is handled, please contact [email protected], noting your country of residence so we can apply the appropriate local requirements.
Data Retention. We retain information as required or permitted by applicable law, including to honor your choices, for billing and recordkeeping, and to fulfill the purposes described in this Statement. We retain information based on factors including your relationship with Production & Concession POTO, LLC (e.g., ticket holder, newsletter subscriber), the nature of the information, our legal obligations, and the need to defend or resolve actual or anticipated legal claims. We take reasonable measures to destroy or de-identify personal information in a secure manner when it is no longer required.
