YOUR PASSWORD IS THE TICKET

You will receive a secret password 24 hours prior to entry. You will give it at the door.

There are no physical tickets. You and everyone in your party must have the password.

Entry requires a valid photo ID. 

For evening performances, all guests must be 21+. Matinee performances are available for guests aged 13+.

All sales are final. Tickets may not be refunded, exchanged or resold and we are unable to honor any tickets purchased through unauthorized resale. If you are unable to attend, please contact our team at [email protected] for further assistance. Any guests with tickets purchased through resellers will be denied entry.

Will I hear the music from The Phantom of the Opera?

Yes. Masquerade is a fully immersive production of The Phantom of the Opera, featuring the iconic score by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

How do I “dress extravagantly”?

We celebrate the Phantom’s return with festive dress. Guests must wear formal or cocktail attire in black, white, silver, or a combination thereof.

Do I need to bring a masquerade mask?

Can I bring a bag into Masquerade?

No. For your safety and the safety of our team, we do not permit bags of any kind in Masquerade. We do, however, offer complimentary bag and coat check upon entry, where you may store your belongings.

Can Minors attend or is Masquerade strictly 21+?

For most performances, Masquerade is a 21+ experience. However, special matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday will welcome guests aged 13+. All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests aged 13-17 must have a parent or guardian sign our Consent and Release form

What shoes should I wear?

We strongly suggest you wear comfortable shoes you can walk and move up and down stairs in. We strongly advise against heels; stiletto heels are not allowed. 

What is Black Tie Standby?

There are a limited number of $170 tickets to each performance, subject to availability from any returned or canceled tickets. Guests may line up as early as one hour before each performance for standby tickets.

Standby ticket sales will commence at the start of each performance and will last through the end of the final entry time.

Standby guests must adhere to the Phantom’s dress code of black tie or formal attire in black, white and/or silver. Please note there is no guarantee of standby ticket availability.

We require all guests to arrive on-time ready to enter the venue at their scheduled entry time. You must arrive and check in with your full group. We cannot accept late arrivals.

What kind of masks are permitted?

Lace, couture, or partially-faced masquerade masks are welcome. Masquerade masks should cover just the eyes and upper cheeks. No LEDs, celebrity likenesses, Phantom masks, full face masks, or political imagery are allowed. As you will be traveling in close proximity to other guests, we kindly ask for courteous consideration of sightlines while selecting your mask. Should you arrive with a masquerade mask inappropriate for the occasion, we will happily provide one for you.

Will the mask provided work with glasses?

Yes. The complimentary masquerade mask we provide is designed to be worn under glasses.

Can I still enjoy the event if I don’t drink alcohol?

Yes. Each guest receives either a glass of Taittinger Champagne or a non-alcoholic option on arrival.

Masquerade is located at 218 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019.

Can I bring food or drinks inside?

No outside food or beverage of any kind is permitted. A full service bar is available at the end of the performance and water is available throughout.

If I can’t attend the date I purchased, what should I do?

Tickets may not be resold and we are unable to honor any tickets purchased through unauthorized resale. If you are unable to attend, please contact our team at [email protected] for further assistance. Any guests with tickets purchased through resellers will be denied entry.

We do not permit recording or photography of any kind during the performance. There is a designated space at the end of the evening where you will be able to capture memories.
