Guests are encouraged to wear their own masquerade mask that celebrates the occasion and reflects personal style. If you don’t have one, we’ll provide a complimentary, glasses-compatible mask on arrival.
- Is the show 21+?
Yes. Masquerade is a 21+ experience. However, special matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday will welcome guests aged 16+.
- What shoes should I wear?
We strongly suggest you wear comfortable shoes you can move in. Stiletto heels are not allowed.
- Is the show accessible?

A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. Please be sure to check your spam and promotions folders. If you do not receive one, contact [email protected].
- If I arrive late, can I still enter?
We require all guests to arrive on-time ready to enter the venue at their scheduled entry time. You must arrive and check in with your full group. We cannot accept late arrivals.
- What kind of masks are permitted?
Lace, couture, or partially-faced masquerade masks are welcome. Masquerade masks can cover the full face or just the eyes and upper cheeks. No LEDs, celebrity likenesses, Phantom masks, or political imagery are allowed. As you will be traveling in close proximity to other guests, we encourage courteous consideration while selecting your mask. Should you arrive with a masquerade mask inappropriate for the occasion, we will happily provide one for you.

- Can I buy a mask at the venue?
Due to high demand, the inventory of our limited-edition masks for purchase is fully allocated. If you have previously contacted us regarding these masks, we have preserved your place in the queue and will contact you in the order of inquiry as our artisan mask maker crafts the next series of these bespoke masquerade pieces. To be added to our waitlist, email [email protected] with the date of the performance you plan to attend.
We will provide a complimentary, glasses-compatible masquerade mask at the venue should you arrive without one.
- Will the mask provided work with glasses?
The complimentary masquerade mask we provide is designed to be worn under glasses.
- Will the mask provided work with KN95s?
The masquerade mask we provide can be worn with protective masks.
- Can I still enjoy the event if I don’t drink alcohol?
Yes. Each guest receives either a glass of Taittinger Champagne or a non-alcoholic sparkling option on arrival.

No outside food or beverage is permitted.
